In this call, I will ask you what is drawing you toward coaching and what you are hoping to gain from our time together. We will talk about the coaching packages available and what will work best for you depending on the changes you are looking to make in your life, the support you need, and the financial investment you are comfortable making.
The Discovery Call is time for you to learn if coaching is right for you at this point in your life and ensure that you are able to connect with both me and my coaching process.
I am grateful to have a wonderful network of coaches that I can refer you to if you feel coaching is the right direction for you but aren’t feeling aligned with me or my process. It is most important for you to feel confident about the method of coaching and the person that will be your guide throughout the process.

For most of my clients, I send out an invoice on a monthly schedule. If you are looking for a modified payment plan, we can discuss this in the initial Discovery Call.

All of the coaching packages start with two 90-minute Discovery sessions. The Discovery sessions set the foundation for the coaching work that we will do together. The first step is to gain clarity on your values; what values have you carried forward from the past that no longer serve you? What values support you in who you are becoming?
The next step is to take a high-level look into all aspects of your life and be completely honest about the satisfaction you have in each area. What is fueling you and what is draining you? What areas of your life do you feel content with and which areas do you want to enhance in order to create a more fulfilling life?
The final step in the Discovery stage is to set your intention moving forward. This helps us navigate who you are becoming as we move forward together.

Unless otherwise requested, I have found that it works best to have three 60-minute coaching sessions each month of your package. In my experience, having one week a month without a session allows you to process the coaching work that you have done, reflect on the changes that you are making, and this allows for flexibility in your schedule.

As we near the end of your coaching package, we will review your progress and discuss where you are at in reaching your goals. You may feel you want to continue your coaching journey perhaps working on new goals that you’ve uncovered through the process or you may also feel that you have completed your coaching journey. Either way, we will assess where you are at and make sure that you are comfortable where you are at. If you decide to continue your coaching with me, you have the option of choosing individual sessions or renewing a new package.
